Software AG Chennai - a day outta office.....Bowling @ Mayajaal and Karting @ Kart Attack

We were all set for the day out on 16th Dec 08.
Folks striking in the carrom room @ 9 in the morng.. started off the mood for the day.....

Letz go....!! Bowling @ Mayajaal was our first hit, and we know that itz gonna be about having fun all together right from the start.
We enjoyed a lot over thr.... a decent bowling alley...it was a sporty entertainment & splendid of course... we had gud players to bowl 'em over, some were trying to spin the ball and some even bowlin it backwardz.... :)
....... for all of them who were trying this first time even had lotta fun and for sure they r not gonna let this out of their memories...even though the ball wasnt reaching the pins when they bowled........ :)

It was 1 in the afternoon, we moved away from Mayajaal towards ECR Dhaba for lunch . Battling over the soup was the scene over thr after the tiredsome bowling session. Everyone had a gud plate, with gulab jamoon and ice cream signing off the lunch......... :) had a walk around the place watchng fancy fishes, birds, goose and emu...
Most of them were keen in having a boat ride and we landed down in the boat house...while few of us were resting down the tree playin g back the old memories.........
even though it wasn't in our cards, most of them had a gud drive.... turn down the bridge was a gud experience and also posing out titanic stills, trying to grab fishes were the moments to take a note...

The final one was the most exciting thing which brought us the ultimate momentum...... Kart Attack.. Karting.... we were out there...... throttling to the maximum speed and set the track on fire..... we found different riders in each session.... there were walkers, cycle riders , awesome auto drivers and the real racers...... :) with many crashes and spins all over the track.. some struggling to cross the start line and few riding on to the tyres on the side of the track.. overall was a terrific scene to watch....it was all so charging up ourselves and a perfect finish for the day....

Work While you have fun

In today's workplace, threatening people has not been effective.!!!

Paying them lots of money (even if you can afford it) has only shown short-term success.

Only number three, making their workplace enjoyable, has a track record of effecting real change.

It is time managers learned how to create an atmosphere that is challenging, creative and fun for employees as well as for themselves.

A fun filled working atmosphere, brings out more positive results....

Laughter creates a bond that brings others together; people like to be with employees who are having fun.

Creativity, intuition and flexibility are key to successful operation of organizations today. In stimulating environments, employees enjoy their time at work and they will also excel at work.

All offices have spaces earmarked for people to have fun and interact. Employees can do what they like with 20 per cent of their time. People are encouraged here to interact and opportunities are created for them to collaborate, and when people from diverse backgrounds interact, they discover great ideas.

Every Time You're Together It's Team Building....
